My approach is warm, relational, and holistic. Through mental health counseling, reflective conversation, and attention to the mind–body connection, we work together to support emotional well-being and meaningful change. For those who feel drawn to it, I also integrate nature-based therapy and herbal support as gentle ways to reconnect with balance and resilience.
